Cancellations:
We understand that sometimes you need to rearrange your schedule. We kindly ask that you give 24 hr. notice if you must cancel your appointment. Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment or prior notifications will result in a 50% charge.
Punctuality:
Please arrive 15 min. prior to your service to ensure your experience can be fully enjoyed in the time provided. Arriving early allows for check in, preparation and a few moments to relax in our Spa Lounge.
Grande Health:
Please notify the staff at the time of booking if you have any allergies or food concerns.

Parents, it is essential to make child care arrangements prior to your spa appointment so that you may enjoy it to the fullest.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in the price of services. Gratuities range from 10-20% of service price but are at the full discretion of the guest.
